Mount Smart Stadium Rules
The Mount Smart Stadium prides itself on being one of the best venues to experience events. With it’s steady reputation over the many years, fans love to visit the venue and return time and time again.
To continue to give it’s fans 100% satisfaction and provide safety, the following rules have been put in place by the Mount Smart Stadium – these must be abided by all of the time.
Security
Security measures been put in place at the Mount Smart Stadium to ensure each and everyone’s safety.
The Mount Smart Stadium’s management holds the right to search guests before entering the venue and if you do not comply with the staff, you may be denied entry to the event, so please follow the rules and detailed security measures.
Drugs and Alcohol
There is a strict no drugs policy at the Mount Smart Stadium.
Any person that arrives with any drugs will be escorted out of the premises.
If you arrive intoxicated or you are underage, you will not be served alcohol, the venue also holds the right to escort you out of the venue.
Behaviour
Please be aware of your behaviour whilst attending an event at the Mount Smart Stadium. It is important to be kind to your fellow event go-ers as well as respectful to all members of staff.
The Mount Smart Stadium staff are always happy to help and have been trained to abide by the rules that are clearly set in place.
Any bad behaviour will not be tolerated and if any guest is displaying intolerable behaviour, the stadium management holds the right to deny entry or to escort them to leave the venue.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed at the Mount Smart Stadium, including any type of e-cigarette or vaporiser.
Please do not bring with you the following items:
- Food or drinks that have been purchased outside of the Mount Smart Stadium, this includes any homemade items.
- Chilly bins
- Cans, aluminium or glass containers, bottles or cutlery
- Alcohol or illicit drugs
- Air horns or loud hailers
- Furniture, chairs or stools
- Prams or strollers
- Rain or shade umbrellas
- Animals (with the exception of Guide Dogs)
- Dangerous items
- Video cameras and recording devices including Go Pros and Selfie Sticks.
- Costume or dress-up masks
- Cameras with a removable lens, a lens larger than a regular watch face or cameras – these will only be allowed if they are to be used for professional use.
- Any items that are too big and cannot be stored under your seat.
- Skateboards, rollerblades or scooters
- Fireworks, flares or laser lights
